Terms of sale

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any piece, for any reason, including a change of mind. Each piece is one of one and pre-owned, and is described, measured and photographed in detail so that you can decide before you order. Every piece is pre-owned and sold as it is. Condition is stated on each listing, along with its measurements and what is included. Colours vary between screens.

Because each piece exists once, a piece may be sold elsewhere between your order and our purchase of it. If that happens we will tell you and you will not be charged — any authorisation on your card is released, not captured.

Prices are in United States dollars. The total shown at checkout includes United States import duty and delivery; nothing further is owed when the parcel arrives.

Where a listing shows a struck-through figure, it is either the house’s own retail price for that model new, a published Japanese list price, or an estimate — and each is labelled as such on the listing. An estimate is what the shop we bought from reckoned the piece was worth, not a price it was offered at.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery usually takes five to ten days from dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
