Authenticity
Every piece is checked twice: once by the house that consigned it, and again by us before it is listed.
Checked where it came from
We buy from established resale houses in Japan, Korea and China — businesses whose own trade depends on never handling a fake. They inspect and appraise each piece before it reaches us, and where that appraisal is documented, the certificate travels with the piece and is listed under what is included.
Checked again by us
We examine each piece ourselves before it goes on the site — hardware, stitching, lining, stamps and serials, against what the house actually made in that year. Anything we cannot settle does not get listed. We would rather lose the sale than carry the doubt.
What you can see for yourself
Every piece is photographed as it is, not as a catalogue would have it — the wear, the marks, the hardware up close. The condition notes say what is wrong with it as well as what is right, and the measurements are the piece’s own, not the model’s specification.
