Fashion Repertoire International collects what is needed to sell you a piece and get it to your door, and nothing else.
What we hold
Your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number if you give one; your orders and their history; and a reference to the payment from our payment processor. We do not hold your card number — it goes to the processor and never reaches us.
Who else sees it
Stripe, to take the payment. The carrier, to deliver the parcel and to clear it through United States customs, which requires your name and address by law. Nobody else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long, and your choices
Orders are kept as long as we are required to keep records of a sale. Write to Fashionrepertoireint@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it — we will do so except where a record must be kept for tax or customs.
If you are a California resident you have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
