All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any piece, for any reason.
Why every sale is final
Every piece here is one of one and pre-owned. It is not stock we can put back on a shelf, and it has already crossed a border with its duty paid. Once it is yours, it is yours.
Ask before you order, not after
Because there is no way back, the whole of our effort goes into the description. Every piece states its condition, its measurements and what comes with it, and it is photographed exactly as it is rather than as a catalogue would have it.
If anything is unclear — a mark you want to see closer, a dimension we have not given, how a strap sits — write to us before you order. We will photograph it again for you. We would far rather spend an hour on a question than have a piece arrive and disappoint.
Duty and delivery
United States import duty and customs paperwork are settled before your parcel is dispatched, so nothing is owed on arrival. Delivery takes roughly five to ten days.
